Le boîtier du déclencheur est construit en alliage militaire de qualité 6061 T6, usiné CNC à l'aide de robots de pointe et anodisé pour une durabilité supérieure. Le marteau est découpé au fil EDM dans de l'acier à outils S7, alliant dureté pour résister à l'usure et résistance aux chocs pour supporter une utilisation intensive sans ébréchage ni casse, et est recouvert de Teflon-nickel pour une meilleure lubrification. D'autres composants sont découpés au fil EDM dans de l'acier A2, puis traités thermiquement pour atteindre Rockwell 58, garantissant une longue durée de vie et un service fiable.
