Voici le système original de collecte de patchs et de solvant de Bore Tech qui élimine tous les tracas liés au nettoyage. Le Patch Hog a été inventé pour supprimer le désordre et neutraliser les odeurs associées au nettoyage des armes à feu. Avec le Patch Hog, tu ne toucheras plus jamais un patch sale. De plus, dis adieu aux poubelles malodorantes. Le Patch Hog se glisse simplement sur le canon de n'importe quelle arme à feu et se fixe solidement avec un joint en caoutchouc résistant aux rayures. Le joint étoile s'adapte à des canons allant jusqu'à 2" de diamètre et s'ajuste sur les organes de visée en fer. Ensuite, visse une bouteille en plastique de soda ou d'eau sur l'extrémité filetée pour attraper tes patchs usagés. Il te suffit de dévisser la bouteille du Patch Hog et de revisser le vieux couvercle quand tu as terminé, puis de le jeter—c'est tout.

The star washer grips up to 2" dia. barrels, and fits over iron sights. Next, screw on a plastic soda or water bottle to the threaded end to catch your spent patches. Works well on all of my long guns. Really does keep all of the chemicals and patches in the bottle and not on the kitchen table! ;)

I am on my 2nd Patch Hog. First one I gave away to one of my friend who was so impressed with it. Keeps cleaning fumes down, eliminates additional handling of chemicals and dirty swabs.

Say goodbye to solvent odors (21/11/2012)

This patch trap is outstanding. No more solvent spray from brushing. No more strong solvent odors in the house. All the dirty patches are in the bottle, so you don't have to mess with them after cleaning. This product really minimizing the mess of rifle cleaning. If you use it at the range, you don't leave your dirty patches at the range or have to pick them up after cleaning. I use Sweets, which has a really strong odor. After using this product, my wife doesn't complain about me cleaning my guns in the house. For all the married folk out there, it helps keep peace in the household!

Not all bottles work (23/06/2013)

I think this would be a great product if I could actually use mine. I've tried it with 3 different bottles now: water bottle x2 and Mountain Dew bottle. Now of these 3 bottles fit. The water bottles' spout are too small for the patch hog and the pop bottle wasn't long enough for the patch hog and it just fell out. I was under the impression from the description this would work with bottles, all bottles. At this point I'm not happy at all, I wasted my money. Be warned you'll have to try out many different bottles to find the right fit. I'm still looking.
