Quite Good(10/02/2017)
These are ear plugs designed by someone who was tired of mediocre ear plugs. No gimmicks; they go in easily and they seal well. No rolling, squeezing, or searching for the perfect angle. It might be weird getting excited about ear plugs, but no one else seems to make decent ones like this.
Not bad, but they have some drawbacks(22/07/2018)
They come in a 3 pair pack, which is nice. They also come with a tiny draw-string pouch to help them stay clean. They are washable/reusable & the cord is attached.
They aren't the most comfortable plugs & the stems stick out just far enough that when "Doubled up" with ear muffs, the cups push against the stems causing them to dig into your ear a bit. Angling the plugs helps mitigate that a little.
They do offer decent noise attenuation, provided you can get them to seal well. After using them about 5 times (cleaning them after every use), I noticed that I could hear the wind whistling at an outdoor range when I didn't have my ear muffs on over top of them. Removing them completely during the safety of a regular Cease Fire revealed that the phalanges would flip/reverse easily so they weren't sealing properly.
Keep this in mind if you do decide to purchase them. I ended up buying a second set before this happened. Luckily, they will make good emergency or backup plugs. I will keep a pair in the range back just in case the foam ones rip or get lost or whatever.
